Swoopo Lowers cost of bids

I've just read an article over at the blog the Technologiser about Swoopo Price Changes
This looks to me to be (pardon the pun)a bid by Swoopo to encourage new users to start playing the game. They probably couldn't have picked a worse time to launch in actual fact with the state of the global economy in disarray the thought of squandering money is not top of most peoples agenda.
Basically it's good news for all you pro Swoopo users and means it's going to be even cheaper to sweep up those tech goodies.

You're probably right about the timing, with the world financial crisis going on right now. But then again maybe more people will get to try it because of the prices that's so cheap at first glance. I hope they will try and read the manual first though.
